Description of Work: "University Painters were hired to paint almost my entire interior space including a 2 story foyer and family room space. The gentleman they sent was very responsive and careful. |A few things I wish I would have thought about before booking the job: some small items were not part of the job and took me about a day to do myself. These included: interior of a large hall closet, edges of doors (one side was painted/ one was not, the unpainted sides looked dingy)additional trim in a bathroom that, again, would look dull compared with the rest. The overall project took nine (9) days--- it might have been better if they had sent more than one person. |No decorating or color consulting service is included: you pick the color and they put it on the walls. "

Description of Work: They always responded quickly to any of my communications with them. I felt that they honestly wanted to please me 100%. It was apparent that not all painters were experienced, however, the crew leader did demonstrate a high level of competence and laid out corrective measures. The employees willingly made the corrections. The owner of the company always responded quickly to me even though his wife was experiencing a medical emergency and was hospitalized. We were very happy with the price and also pleased with the final product.

Description of Work: We had them repaint our master bathroom and bedroom. They also had to remove wallpaper in the bathroom. We have appreciated all of their efforts and professionalism. Strongly recommend.

Description of Work: They were very hard working and did everything I expected and more. They did some repair work on rotted wood, and the additional cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

Description of Work: Buyer Beware: This company is a franchise out of Virginia; they are not local. They hire sub-contractors to do the work over which the home owner has no control.

Description of Work: The crew did an excellent job and were pleasant to have around my home. Their estimate was half the amount of the other estimate we got, and there were no surprise charges.
