Bob was punctual, citywide, and professional. Repair looks great.

I much appreciated Bob's service from start to finish. I generally rely on personal referrals for service work but I didn't have much luck getting anyone else to bid the job. I actually called Bob in November a year ago and we tried to get the sidewalk installed in Q4 2014. The weather never cooperated and he indicated that he was not willing to pour the sidewalk in weather conditions that he deemed sub-optimal for a quality finished product, which I respected. We agreed to revisit the project in the spring. He called me in the spring, as promised. In the end it didn't fit my schedule until just recently. But we did connect and the sidewalk was in less than two weeks later. I thought that they went above and beyond in site prep. There were some overgrown beds and pavers that had to be removed; they hauled all of it away. The actual sidewalk itself was very well done, exactly as we discussed. The yard was cleaned up well when they left. It was only very recently installed, so I can't comment on its longevity or durability. But my experience with Bob's service thus far gives me reason to be optimistic. He will be the first on my list to call in the future.

He removed all old material and put in a new cement floor. Bob gave me an estimate and a timeframe for getting the work done on the spot. He also came in well under the 2 other bids I got.. I was satisfied with the work done until I had garage doors installed. He did not slant the back and when it rains, the water streams in to the garage. It took 4 phone calls to get him to come and look at it. He said he was redo at cost. Now it has been 4 weeks and I haven't heard back from him about fixing his mistake.

Amazing. Work was done ahead of schedule. Bob fit this project in to a tight time schedule and still completed ahead his proposed timing. The work-site was always clean and presentable. The finished work is high quality. He returned daily for the three days after the concrete was poured for finishing and to ensure satisfaction. Bob is a contractor that takes pride in a job well done.

Bob kept to the schedule that he described, work was completed quickly and efficiently - with minimal disruption to our normal living routine.

I had a chain link fence on one side of my property that needed to come down. The first 1/3 of the fence was along the patio and the posts were sunk in a concrete curb. The rest of the fence was along my flower gardens. The posts in the yard were sunk in large blobs of concrete. I had two options: he would cut the posts off level with the concrete or he would dig out the concrete blobs that held the posts. I opted for the less expensive choice: cutting the posts off level with the concrete. He did the job while I was at work. When I go home the fence was down and everything related to it had been carted away. What impressed me the most was that my gardens had not been disturbed at all! He is flexible with scheduling and priced competitively.

Bob was excellent. Conscientious. he took the time to do it right; but didn't delay getting job done.

Great! Bob knows his work, does it well, and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend him for concrete work.

It took longer than expected because of the weather, but over all everything turned out great.

Bob is very reasonable compared to other quotes I have received. He is very conscientious, knows the local codes, and does an excellent job. He had to work around rain and cold weather to get this walk installed, and the results were very good. The cleanup was very good. He is an experienced professional. (I own apartment buildings, so I know good contractors when I use them).
