Arlen did great work, clean, precise and quick. His team was respectful of our property, even dug out and re-pointed an entire brick wall behind my garden without any damage to my plants. He made smart and thoughtful suggestions as we decided what would and wouldn't been done on the property, respected our budget parameters and overall we were happy to have him at our property. I live in a historic district where craftsmanship of this kind is understood and respected and we have received a number of compliments on the work. I highly recommend A+, and their price was very reasonable as well.

Arlan and his team were great to deal with from the start... They were quick to come out and see my chimney to give me the estimate and then when I picked them for the job, then were out in no time to complete the work.

Arlan installed CMU piers and lintels as described by engineer to add support to the two stone wall openings walls as needed. He also demoed any remaining plaster and framing that was no longer needed.

This is by far the best contractor we ever worked with. On time, reasonably priced, great clean up and the jobs done were all fantastic. After this last job we realized we had no more work for him to do...maybe we can find something else!!! Will recommend him to everyone. His name says it all A+ Restorations although we would give him A+++++.

Showed up quickly to give a quote. Provided excellent information and suggestions. Told us about the materials, how they do the job, and their process. Gave a very reasonable price in a couple days. We had much higher quotes in prior year, and it was in worse shape at this point. We really appreciated that they showed up earlier than expected. Did the job in a couple days. Outstanding job. No mess left behind. Looks great.

It went well, I scheduled early and paid a few payments before work began, when the work was done I only had to pay 200. I would use this company again.

Did an excellent job in both design and construction of the walkway. A very winding and steep incline, the walkway fit in nicely with the existing grade and landscaping. The job was done in a timely basis, very prompt in all communications, and the area was returned to its original condition upon completion of the job.

This was an exceptional job! We knew the pointing job was going to be difficult from the perspective of matching old mortar on this Federal Style brick home in an historic neighborhood. However, you can hardly tell the difference on the 4 columns he repointed, which are one of the front facing features of this home. In addition, the back wall of the house had some major mortar issues and it now looks brand new. Arlan is courteous, prompt and organized and his prices are less than the other quotes in the region. This company is a great find!

Arlan and his men were punctual and unobtrusive, cleaning areas when they were finished. A neighbor commented to me that the workers were diligent and didn't waste any time.

Although I did not choose A+ for this particular job, I was impressed by their professionalism and would contact them again for any future needs that I may have.

Arlan came out to the house to provide an estimate and look at the work we were requesting. He was professional, prompt and clear about the work he would complete. When we discussed scheduling, we were a bit surprised that it would take 3 months to get to our "job"! He actually contacted us a few weeks ahead of his schedule and was able to complete the job 3 weeks before anticipated. The work done was beautiful! Arlan and his team were professional and cleaned up the area thoroughly when they were done. We are very pleased with the end result and the quality of work that was performed. He adjusted the cost of his estimate when he used less material than anticipated! A+ is a company I would consider for future work to potentially be done!

Everything went great! When I called to schedule a quote they came out quickly and gave me a quote that was easy to understand. Scheduling was easy and the communication was excellent when the weather didn't cooperate and things had to get pushed back a day. When it came to doing the job they were on-time, polite, kept me apprised of how things were going, and paid attention to detail. I tend to be a perfectionist about quality of work and A+ Masonry did a great job. They truly live up to their name sake. I would and plan to hire them again.

I had A+ re point our old chimney, because we were having terrible leaking into our attic. They did an amazing job! Our chimney looks brand new and the leaking has stopped. They fixed the chimney cap too. They were very professional and cleaned up at the end of the job. I would definitely use this company again.

They returned my call the very same day, came to my house to look at the job and give me an estimate, discussed when the work would fit in their schedule, and followed through on that commitment.
