Ervin installed our fence in February of last year. We had rescued a 10 month old pup at the time and decided that we needed to turn our acre back yard into his space to roam. We reached out via the website and shortly after Ervin contacted us directly asking questions about what we were looking for, answering questions that we had and discussing the whole process with us. It didn’t take us long to realize that Ervin was the guy to be working with. We decided to move forward with the underground fence installation, thinking that we would have to wait until the ground was thawed to get things underway. Ervin quickly reassured us that he could come that week to install the fence, tacking the wire down with a temporary installation and then returning in the spring to dig and install the underground wiring. He spent the afternoon at our home, listening to our boundary requests, installing the necessary hardware and training us on how to train our pup in the future and our pup on where his new boundaries would be. He contacted us in the early spring when the ground was thawed to set up timing and installed the wire underground and double checked that everything was to our liking. We’ve reach out to him multiple times through our fence journey and he is always willing to help. One occasion was as simple as our pup rolled in poop and we had to figure out how to properly wash the collar and hardware. Most recently we reached out with the exciting news of getting a new puppy. He quickly offered tips and tricks and offered to come train the new pup if necessary. We purchased an additional collar for the new and he spent time with us on the phone verifying that we knew how to properly link it to the receiver. We quickly fell in love with the setup and realized this was well worth our money investment. I could tell within the first few minutes of talking with him that he was more concerned with helping me keep my dogs safe in my yard, than he was just making a sale. He asked what kind of dogs I had, their ages, and what my dogs were doing that had me thinking about a fence, and then explained to me how he could help! On installation day, he showed up on time, introduced himself and his crew (family). We walked through the yard and I showed him where I wanted the fence then got started. The installation and training process didn’t take long at all! I was hesitant about getting any fence because I wasn’t sure it would work with my beyond stubborn dogs, but I am happy with this purchase. The peace of mind that comes with knowing that my dogs are safe in the parameters of my yard, are worth every single penny!
