I had my concrete exterior stairs removed and replaced with wooden stairs. Everything Bob said he would do and when he would do it, was done. You could set your watch by him. He didn't just replace stairs, he customized them for my situation and created a true work of art. They are gorgeous. I cannot praise him and his work enough.

Stated he would be there at 8AM & you could set your clock by that. Ready to rock & roll from the get go, replaced a total of seven panels, made sure it was set right & cleaned each panel. Upon completion he cleaned up entire area, price quoted was price paid. I'm excited about the look of the house. My neighbor liked the job also.
