We contacted the contractor to ask about re-staining the exterior of our wood house a second home. He went to our property to see what needed to be done. We asked him to come again to do a walk-around with us while we were there. He came to our house (with his dog) on time and we had a very good impression of him from that visit. That was the last time we have heard from him, despite leaving 2 messages with his secretary? at his work number. Obviously, we are not using him for this project.

I contacted them and they said they would work with me to get my deck back up but I never heard from them again. The deck was not the only problem with the house. They did a lousy job with our driveway and our septic was poorly constructed. I would not recommend this builder to anyone. I wish I could post pictures of our fallen deck. Thankfully no one was on or under it when it fell.

They are builders in this area and they built my house. I would recommend them. If something is wrong in their work, they will come back and fix it.

His name was Greg Vanatta They went out of their way for something that they were not even contracted to do but they did it anyway. I would definitely use them again.

Had them out to look at an addition I wanted to do, sent them the plans and spend weeks chasing always with the promise that they would call back but never a word. At least have the courtesy to say they are too busy to take on additional work or not interested in the project. Guess they are just really busy in this booming housing market.
