Tom's Plumbing

The services went very well. Tom found an extra part in my sink from a previous plumber, and stated that was why I was having so many problems with the sink. He was able to fix it, and I am not having any problems at all.

tom, is a very reliable person,he check out my heating system and took care of all the phone calls to the supplier and the warranty co. work was completed in a timely manner,and all the old oil burner and parts were sent back to the manufacturer to cover the warranty.the area was left clean.I Would recommend tom's plumbing to all

tom and his crew were fast and handled all the correspondence to insure my warranty rebate. ordered the parts and installed in a timely manner. Very professional will be my plumber of choice in the future. Would recommended him to all.

When he arrived he had no receipts or printed literature about his business. There was no advertising on his truck. I wrote a check to his business name. He asked me to reissue the check in his name as he had no business bank account. I added his name next to the business name on the check and I insisted on a receipt because this has, of course triggered an insurance claim and much damage. He called back and requested I rewrite the check to my name only as the bank would not cash it as written. I reminded him of my need for a receipt. He finally returned, after a week with a hand written acknowledgment on a blank piece of paper. The main reason he came back was really to pick up the new check. He did return the old check and provided a receipt. But the reciept did not include his company name, an address or anything. I advised that it was going to be a problem when I submit it to my insurance company. He handed me a business card (which has no address) and asked me to staple it to the receipt. I won't be doing business with him again.
