Atrociously. He after agreeing to the price of 6,750.00 for whole job to be done changed the price last minute and acted as if he did not understand all items discussed. So he did not honor original price but tried to push for us to pay more. I compared his price with others in the area. He asked for other companies that could beat his price so we presented him with some only to have him contact those potential contractors and give our family a black eye before other contractors. Then threatened to make it impossible for us to do the job with anyone because he knows the whole world of contractors in the Poconos. He also stated that his supplier would beat ours in savings for supplies so we allowed him to get prices on the supplies. But, then when he drops off a container at our residence he stated that he did not know if supplier would honor price bid he got and that he would have to review the prices on supplies again. We opted to hold off until he attained clarity on supply prices and labor price. He took our deposit of $5,500.00 and never returned it to this day. We had our local police look into the matter and they were about to arrest him. But, unfortunately he dropped off container and police stated these type of people try to either drop off containers and or supplies to show intent of doing job. So he stated he would indeed issue refund BUT have to take out for his estimate which was listed as free and also take out for an overpriced container. He told us that the container would cost nearly $700.00 but after we called the company he used inquiring about a container with same specs. found out it only cost about $300.00. Right after this we realized we could not trust this man so we wanted no dealings with him whatsoever and asked the container company to pick up the container. When the owner came to pick it up we negotiated a cash price which I paid that day and kept the container for refuse we had on our property since purchase. But, he stated to police that there were two different container contracts and that he still paid for his even though I paid it cash. After talking to police he admitted under pressure that the container did not cost $700.00 but that he owed container company for another job so he paid almost $700.00 for (2) jobs and charged us for a ton overage he assumed we would have even though the standard practice is for them to have container weighed and charge and overage fee after weighing. So we were told by police to seek help through attorney generals office. He promised to pay refund immediately and told them it was in the mail. After weeks of pressure from attorney general he finally stated he refused to pay back the money and proved himself to be a liar before that department of the commonwealth. Then I hired a lawyer to move on into small claims process. The address he has listed on this and other sites is fictitious so he cannot be served to go to court. The constable in that area cannot locate him to serve him. He spoke to my lawyer and gave another fictitious address to be served at and that was also with no results.
