My water heater burst and thousands of gallons of water erupted and damaged the interior and underside of my condo that is a rental. I was not in the state to help Ken but he reassured me that he would take care of everything. He had to demolish, remove debris and mold, procure materials needed and remodel the interior walls and floors. He kept me informed all through the project. I always will appreciate the service and concern that Ken took to complete the project through rain, cold and snowy conditions. I am so grateful for the completed result. He did an excellent job.
