Description of Work: He installed light fixtures. He installed two ceiling fans and dimmer switches. He also figured out some electrical issues in the house and cleaned out the washing machine ducts. He also coverter our electric stove to gas.

 + -1 moreHe's very knowledgeable, he did his job. Looks like it was done properly. It was the second time I've used him, so I will use him again. He's a little expensive, but not tremendously expensive, as far as electricians go.

Description of Work: We called Monday morning, received a return call early that afternoon, and the truck was here about 45 min. later. He had to restore the electric supply to our cabin after it had been knocked out by a falling tree. He also installed a motion-sensor security light behind our home, and installed a few solar-powered insect repellant devices. Good work on all jobs, all done in one day with a single visit. It was such a pleasure to do business with a person so responsive to customer needs. We're loving Angies List so far!

 + 0 moreWe called John Hoffman to give us an estimate. A few days later he had the job done. Very professional, nice person to deal with. The job was done well and done cleanly. The price was what he had estimated from the beginning. Would recommend and would hire him again.
