He began by fixing dishwasher & then kitchen pipe. I used him for other issues & gave a key to the house since I live a distance away. I immediately paid each bill received. He then told me of a family who needed temporary housing. He highly recommend them. They practically distroyed my house in the few months they were there. They put a hole in my shower wall early into their stay. I had a claims rep go out & they sent me a check for $900.00 for repairs. I mailed the check to Ken Meininger, owner, and the repairs were never done. He kept the check. Never replyed to phone calls or letters.

The other issue is that he told me he winterized my house. Went I went there in January, the two toilets were frozen solid, in the tanks, and in the bowls. The following day, he went there at night when the attorney called him. He raised the heat up, and the following day, I ended up with frozen pipes that busted, and now I have to pay for that. Overall, he started out very nice. He was very helpful in the begining. Toward the end it was just a terrible experience. He doesnt follow through with what he says he is going to do. I was very disappointed because I truley trusted him.
