+ -1 moreThe removal could not have been more professionally done. They started when they said they would and finished in just about 3 hours with no problems or disruptions to our day. And cost was very reasonable. Sal also recommended the companies I used to replace my oil burner and remove some asbestos both of which were very well done and at very good prices.

+ -1 moreAPS' proposal was competitively priced relative to the complex nature of the project. This was my first oil tank removal and remediation job, so I needed a contractor with solid experience in the field. Sal and Maria were always professional, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely responsive. No call or email from me went without a prompt reply. Little did I know that I would need their help, beyond completion of the work, to navigate the confusing process of getting appropriate documents and approvals from the NJ DEP. I was under a hard timeline to close the sale of my property. Without Sal and Maria's help, I would have been behind the proverbial 8 ball. Their guidance was invaluable. I recommend them without reservation.
Description of Work: Assessment, permitting, site preparation and removal of two 550 gal underground oil storage tanks in a 2-fam rental property. That was followed by waste disposal and soil remediation.

+ -1 moreSal and his polite crew did an excellent professional job excavating our 500gal LP tank and even returned to dump extra load of crushed stone into hole Free Of Charge and regrading top soil and lawn so we didn't have to worry about water collection attracting insects or us falling due to fact our rocky soil required 2 full loads of crushed rocks to make it level. We highly recommend Alternative Petroleum Services and personally refer straight talking Sal, Maria and their construction crew to neighbors and anyone considering excavation or other services they provide. You will be happy, just like us, as finding reliable polite contractors is not easy as we know well after having hundreds come to do work on our home and yard since we had house built in 1998.
