It stopped working almost a month later and they fix whatever was wrong and charged me again. About a month later it stopped working again and they never returned my calls. I tried on and off for months leaving messages and they never called back. This was about 15 years ago and I don't fully remember both bills.
Description of Work: Put in nice and not cheap bathroom ceiling exhaust fan.

It is a wonderful system and we were thrilled. They were totally professional and did their work ahead of schedule. The workers had a great sense of humor and they were outstanding all the way around. They also cleaned up after themselves well.

I have used Mills for several years now for my heating, A/C, and electrical needs and I have always been very pleased with the quality of work they perform and how quickly they are able to schedule an appointment around my schedule. I've dealt with several different technicians from Mills and have found all of them to be very professional and personable.
Description of Work: Recently after returning from work we realized our furnace stopped working and the house was freezing. I called Mills after-hours number for assistance. The technician on duty was quick to return my call and arrived at my house to work on the furnace. The problem was a clog in the fuel line/filter system and was easily fixed and heat returned to the house. While the technician was on site, he did a few "extra" checks/cleanings on the furnace at no extra charge. Shortly after this visit, I had an issue with the heat pump at my parents house and I called Mills again. A technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and worked/fixed the heat pump.
