Description of Work: We asked for and received a quote for adding cabinets in our kitchen, replacing countertops with granite, and replacing the floor with laminated flooring. We will be having the work done by Heirloom Cabinetry and an associated contractor. So far we are very pleased with their responsiveness, friendliness, and professionalism. We expect this to be a smooth process. We'll keep you up to date as the project progresses.

 + 0 moreTed came out to my home and listened to the ideas I had for the master bath Remodel. He made some great suggestions to improve the design. The cabinets were timely delivered. The quality of the cabinets was excellent. When he saw an imperfection he took it upon himself to correct it before I had a chance to ask. His installers were professional and curtious.
Description of Work: Ted of heirloom cabinets knew exactly how to bring to fruition the vision I had for the master bath cabinets. Together we created some novel cabinets, including a sliding door with lumicor insert. He made frequent visits during the project to double check measurements and installation. He came to the rescue to help complete the master bath renovation when my contractor abandoned the job by recommending a highly skilled contractor. If you are looking for a responsive, imaginative cabinet maker who stands behind their work, then heirloom cabinetry is an outstanding choice.

 + 0 moreThis job went absolutely perfectly. Working with Ted on the design was easy and straightforward. He asked us questions about our wants and needs -- and he listened. His design reflected our input and requests. Ted provided us design options and prices helping us navigate to reasonable outcomes. As we choose our appliances, countertops and back splashes, Ted worked integrally and seamlessly with each of those suppliers to assure the project pieces fit together perfectly. Ted and his team met every one of their deadlines on time -- and Ted was instrumental in resolving any issues we might have had with other suppliers in our project. Heirloom's installation team -- led by Ted's brother, Terry -- were painstaking perfectionists. The cabinet installation was stunning and a joy to watch. The care and obvious joy these folks have is heart warming... As the project progressed we asked Ted/Heirloom to add additional cabinetry to our home -- a custom bathroom vanity and mirror, a custom entertainment center and a custom set of shelves in our sun room. Ted had excellent suggestions, constructed furniture grade cabinets and was a pure joy to work with. I can tell you we are very proud to have been associated with Ted and the entire Heirloom team. Frankly, I would welcome them in our house any time. Finally, anyone considering a kitchen renovation should absolutely consider Ted and his Heirloom team. Period.
Description of Work: Ted Wagner and his Heirloom team designed our kitchen renovation from start to finish. They worked up a custom design that completely gutted and replaced our kitchen. All cabinets were custom built. Ted closely coordinated with the appliance and countertop suppliers. In addition Ted designed and constructed a home entertainment built-in center, a custom built bathroom vanity and a custom built wall shelves.

 + 0 moreThey were very professional and punctual. They were very clean. Wagner was very efficient and on time. He was there when he said he was going to be there. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Heirloom Cabinetry. The last time I used their services was in June. I paid $15000 for the work done. They did countertops, cabinet refinishing and kitchen remodelling.
