 + -1 moreEvery detail was perfect. Our existing airconditioning unit was on a sagging wooden platform. Mid-State replaced the unit with an Amana 2 stage heat pump and placed the unit on a Bramec with snow feet. The existing natural gas furnace did not have an outdoor air source. Mi-State added an outside air source for our new Amana 2 stage natural gas furnace. The condensate was drained under the concrete floor of the basement. Mid-State added a condensate line with pump. The line delivers the condensate to our existing sump.
Description of Work: Upgraded our heating and air conditioning units, added a Santa Fe dehumidifier, upgraded the line set, added a duct booster for the bathroom, added a condensate pump, and a Honeywell digital/programmable thermostat.

Description of Work: Midstate provided excellent service in updating the HVAC system for our home. Their detailed planning diagnosed the overall system problems which involved a poor original design (which was done by another company). Their recommendation for an upgrade to a new HVAC System allowed us to enjoy the summer with better temperature control and a reduced overall operations cost. They are by far the best of the best in this area of Central Pennsylvania.

 + -1 moreI called Mid-State on day one, on day two Dave from Mid-State Mechanical was at my house providing me an estimate on the cost of installing an indirect water heater which runs off the boiler. He was very professional and straight forward on what we needed. The system was installed within a few days. The end result now is we have an un-ending amount of hotwater for a fraction of the cost.
Description of Work: We were having problems with the hotwater system in our house.
