We were very pleased with the work done. George Conklin IV was very professional and courteous. Installation was timely. Post test radon levels were nil and previously had been around 11 or 12. We ran George's name past our real estate agent and she also gave him a good recommendation.
Description of Work: The work included installation of a radon fan into already existing radon pipe, installation of a second suction pipe that goes under the adjoining first floor slab, connection of this new piping to the existing radon piping, sealing of cracks, seams, and utility penetrations, and post mitigation radon testing.

They did a magnificent job! The men were well coordinated. They worked in a rhythm of the assembly that works for them. It was amazing! When we get a bid, we expect the workers to perform an excellent job in a short amount of time. They performed that way.
Description of Work: We bought a new house and had the house tested for radon levels. At the time of the test, the radon level was 17. We found Domestic Radon Testing and Mitigation in the Yellow Pages. They did the complete job in two days and it is quite a sizeable house of over 3,000 square feet. Our radon levels now are .5 and have remained so for three years and we have not had a single problem in those three years. The entire bottom of the house is covered in a thick plastic with pipes underneath that continuously suck out the radon and you can't hear it at all in the house.
