+ -1 moreThey showed up when they said they would and worked tirelessly until it was done. They even did some work not in original agreement, and didn't add to the bill. We took care of that anyway as one wants to say thank you for a good job. We want them to come back to do some inside painting. They were great.
Description of Work: Excellent outside painting of window frames, shutters, and casement. Also did repairs to casement cement where foundation had cracked.

Description of Work: He powerwashed the 3rd level of my home & adjoining neighbor's home. He applied a stain before painting 2 coats of paint on the 3rd floor of both homes Dwain Shenfeld of Premium Painting gave me a timely estimate for the 3rd floor exterior painting of my home and my neighbor's home, and explained why the costs would be different for each of our properties. When I originally told him we were looking to get it stained in the color that was already there, he said he would be able to give me a better price because he already had enough stain on hand to do our job. When I contacted him again about getting it painted, in a different color, he was able to quickly give me a new quote for both properties. He was easily reachable by phone, and he called me back quickly on the rare times when I had to leave a message. He explained the products he had to use, and why, and was very neat doing his job. I would not hesitate to use him again, and forego getting estimates from others.
