Description of Work: Did a great job. Timeliness was not as good as we would have liked, but some of this may have been due to the weather and the fact that it was outdoor work.

+ -1 moreHe was very good, nice and knowledgeable. He came out the same day that I called him. I would have used him if I had been able to continue with the project. There was really nothing that he could have done differently. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and everything that it involved. I was a little upset that I could not proceed with the project.
Description of Work: They provided me with an estimate for demolishing my old sidewalk and installing a new wider sidewalk with three steps.

Description of Work: Mike's Concrete performed a demo/removal job for me. They were extremely prompt and very efficient, completing everything in less than 3 hours. They were very considerate of lawn and driveway, so not to disturb anything unnecessarily. I added to the job once they arrived and they were very accommodating to the extra requests.

Description of Work: Removed and re-poured concrete porch and several sidewalk slabs. |Contractor was well equipped and had an adequate number of workers on the job. I had to have a third party re-seed portions of my lawn damaged by heavy equipment.

Description of Work: After some starts and stops due to the weather, Mike was promply on site when he stated he would be. His employees answered all of my questions professionaly. I would recommend Mike's Concrete and would use him again in the future.

+ -1 moreMike was very responsive and he showed up on time and gave us the estimate the same day. He was able to work us in early; he did the prep work on Saturday and then poured on Monday. Everyone has commented on how professional the patio looks. Good quality work, the only issue was that the yard was wet from recent rain and did take a hit from all the equipment use- not a major issue. We would use Mike again in a heart beat.

+ -1 moreUpon contacting Mike for an estimate, he was quick to answer my message and set up a day and time to stop by. He was not pushy, but very matter of fact about the job. Once we decided to get the porch done, he was able to work out a time frame and combine his time with another job that was being done in our town, and work with our contractor so as they were not in each other's way while working on the porch and house. Mike and his crew worked fast and efficiently, and cleaned up well. He kept us informed of the progress and when he will be back for each stage of the job.
Description of Work: Mike excavated our existing damaged back porch and poured a new larger back porch with two sets of steps and partial sidewalk tying into existing sidewalk.
