They were good and did good work.
Description of Work: I have used Total Home Solution. They installed some rain skirting, patched up some drywall, installed a vanity including the plumbing work, and crown molding.

Description of Work: Called Tom for an estimate of bath remodel. He was prompt in replying and coming out to look at job. He emailed me as follow up and I emailed him back to move process along and never got a response back. One of the things I look for in a contractor is responsivenesss, and those that do not give courtesy or reply (even if they don't want work) do not meet my reliability test.

Response from TOTAL HOME SOLUTION
This was due to a difficult time in my personal life. We had a tragic death in the family, followed by my elderly mother falling and being taken to the hospital. My lead carpenter was then injured and has been off work for several weeks. Needless to say, these events put me behind in our schedule. I believe that my past record and awards speak for themselves and this was an isolated incident in our overall business history. I have since contacted the owner to apologize.

Description of Work: We used THS initially to do a small roof repair. They were punctual and made the repair below their estimate. We then asked hem to repair damage in our basement due to flooding during Sandy. Again, punctual and on estimate. Additionally, I asked them to improve upon one area and they were on it with no additional charge. I am now hiring them for a bit of a curb appeal bump and a bathroom.
