My rental property had an old cinder block basement that had heavy condensation at nearly 30 years old. The team at once and done came in after a thoroughly dehumidifying after a week, sealed the basement walls and allowed me to get prepped to start the process of finishing the basement. They had the sealing knocked out in less than 4 hours with 3 guys. It would have taken me 20 hours. They were also less expensive than the three other quotes I received.
