The Professional's at 3 clover were great doing the work. They showed us what needed replaced at a cost point of 3 different levels good better and best .They showed us the difference between the 3 cost .They Showed up when they said they would it only took 1 day to remove the whole roof and replace with new drip edge and ice shield and new ply wood were it was rotten and new shingles this included cutting in a new ridge cap vent that was never there before .When they were done they cleaned everything up and it looks beautiful and gave us a 30 year guarantee I would use them again anytime for any of my roofing or construction needs

From day one, this project was seamless. We had a lot of different projects going at one time and Erik Davis (owner) had everything under control. From our first meeting to do estimates till the final completion day, we knew we made the right decision with 3 Clovers Roofing & Construction to do our remodel project. Erik gave us a project plan and it started with demo the first day. My husband and I came home that evening and not only was everything taken out and cleared ( flooring pulled out, bathroom fixtures gone, molding, fixtures etc.) but it was IMMACULATE! I never have seen such a clean and organized work area. And everything that was taken out was loaded and gone. For the next 3 weeks, all went as planned. Patty, Interior Design Specialist took me shopping for paint, fixtures and finishing touches. She helped design the environment we truly wanted with the right colors and accents. Erik makes sure there is attention to detail in every aspect of the project. He and his crew worked above and beyond and strive for perfection. We feel like we are living in a brand new home. We would definitely recommend 3 Clovers Roofing & Construction Inc. and we can't thank them enough for all their hard work. Every person on Erik's team takes pride in their work, it truly shows. It went extremely well from start to finish the guys were polite the owner was very informative. They took my dark and dingy basement and turn it to the man cave of my dreams way to go guys!!!!
