Seth was very prompt in his outreach, gave us options to consider and a recommendation that was appropriate for the age of our roof. He even called on the first rainy day to check in to see how the fix was doing. Will use him again and recommend others to give him a call for an estimate.

Very happy we were matched with Seth for our roof replacement project. Extremely pleased with the entire process and the work that was done. Seth was great to work with. He is very professional, courteous, and honest. Our bid included an allotment for the replacement of two skylights, and Seth even provided the receipt to show the actual cost. Seth really cares about the quality of the work he and his crew do. His crew was great too - polite, cleaned up each day, worked hard. And to top it off, Seth's price was the best of the 4 bids we received. While Seth told us he does things right the first time so we'd never need to see him again, we're looking forward to using him for another project in the future.

This man and his crew were courteous and professional. Seth did not cut corners and the installation looks great! Even better, I got into a bind on another project, and Seth went out of his way to help. I will definitely have him back for other projects.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CONTRACTOR: Seth from Court Construction was very timely in getting back to me and setting an initial appointment for review of my project. Over 4 months, I had contact with Seth about once a month in which I would ask for the estimate on my job and timing when he thought he could complete it. Each time, I received a response indicating that he hadn't gotten to it yet but would in the next couple of days. Obviously Seth did not want the job. I could respect that if he had indicated up front that I should find someone else for the job but he did not do that. I probably should have picked up during the initial conversation at my house that Seth was not going to do the job. He seemed more interested that afternoon in telling me about his large house on the lake and his impending sailing trip to the Caribbean for the fall and winter. I guess in the long run, I am happy that I didn't get an estimate from Seth. He can finance his large home and boat trips on the back of others.

Good experience but chose another contractor.

Seth stripped and replaced the roof on our Cape Cod home and I can't recommend him enough! We had estimates from 5 area roofers and Seth beat them in price, professionalism and work ethic. Seth sat down with us and answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease during the quote stage--and he was the only roofer to give us a written (not verbal) quote. While working on our roof, he and his team didn't leave for the day until every speck of shingle/nail was picked up and the work area left neat and organized. We're very happy with our roof and very lucky to have found Seth from this site!

They came in completed the job with no issues. They did a great job. In and out in one day.
