Although nice people, could not get work, phone calls, estimates in a timely manner or as promised. Work when done was fair to good.

At first, the service was great. The lawn was neatly mowed within one to two days of whenever we requested that it be done. All sidewalks and other areas were blown clipping-free. The clippings were removed from the yard. The last time Yellowdog performed services for us, they failed to remove the grass clippings from our lawn, so they were being dragged into the house every time someone went outside. However, we thought that perhaps this was because the grass had gotten high due to a lot of rain and was damp when it was cut. Based upon the prior excellent service, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't complain. The next week, we requested that the lawn be mowed. Although Yellowdog said that they would be there that same day, they never came, but texted me and said they would definitely take care of the lawn the next day. By noon on the next day, the lawn still hadn't been done. My partner called and left a message requesting that the lawn be done on that day, and also mentioned the issue with not removing the clippings last time. She asked that they make sure they remove the clippings this time. Our lawn never got done on that day, and we never heard from them again.
