+ -1 moreWe have had good service from them. We have had an ongoing contract with them for years. They will send us a notation on the mail telling us when they will do interior. We live in the woods and we had a flying squirrel problem and they helped us with that.
Description of Work: We use Western Pest. They come out regularly and inspect exterior-wise.

+ -1 moreWe hired them for the year so they come periodically. We called them for a problem but actually, I got their name not from Angie's List. I got it from the yellow pages. I got a little bit of a discount from them for the first year. They are pretty prompt about coming out when you have a problem and when you see a problem. There was one problem that I am not sure that they were able to address. I was thinking that they were able to but I am not sure that they were going to be able to address. All in all, I think that the help was very nice. I have been contacted by their staff for my feedback to see if I was pleased with the people who came out, et cetera. They are fairly easy to get in contact with. You have to call and leave a message with somebody but somebody gets back to you. I have not had any issues with their service. Maybe I would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: The last time that we used Western Pest Control was less than 30 days ago to take care of some little black ants and do some spraying for that. They also did a moth treatment for me about two or three months ago.

Description of Work: They came when they said they would and when we thought we had a problem came right back out, but it was a different insect. They were very polite and respectful. Would use again.

+ -1 moreThey were punctual. They were very clean and neat. Other people had termites in the area and they actually were able verify what other people said. Their prices are half that of the other companies. I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I use Western Pest Svc for exterminating pest. I used them last in July.
