 + -1 moreThe gentleman that showed up was very professional, courteous, and smart. He drilled and oiled and did what he knew needed to be done. Now, both doors operate so well that it is easy to lock and unlock both of them. I appreciate the honesty and the expertise of South Penn Locks' workers. This gentleman saved us a lot of money because he showed us that we didn't need new locks.
Description of Work: Our front and back doors were sticking to the point that I didn't have the strength to open them from the outside. We thought it was the gasket but decided to ask South Penn Lock to come out and see if they could help. We thought that maybe we needed new locks on both doors.
