Rich is a consummate professional. Yes, there was banging around, but otherwise you would not have known that his crew gutted almost an entire floor of my house. They laid tarps, taped protective coverings to wood floors and stairs, and kept dust out of the rest of the house. Simply amazing what they accomplished. Our neighbors used the same contractor that subbed the demolition work to Rich and they could not say enough good things about the experience. Demolition is normally looked upon with dread. With Rich doing the job, don't sweat it.
