oriental rug cleaning
 + -1 moreThis is my second time using Liala and the staff at Puffin Rugs. Puffin Rugs cleaned a nice, wool, oriental rug that I feared was ruined when my elderly dog became incontinent. My rug was returned more beautiful than I remembered it. I found the price to be very affordable. Now I'm preparing for a cross-country move, and they are cleaning four rugs and packing them for a safe move. I believe I'm in good hands. Liala always returns my calls promptly, picks up and delivers my rugs, and shows up exactly at the time we agreed. She is pleasant and warm and makes recommendations for quality care, but is not pushy. I recommend Puffin Rugs.
