+ -1 morePrudential was really good to me. I was pretty impressed with them. I was not selling and I was only buying so I only had to use them to do basically half of the work they usually do. They did find me the house I wanted in about two months though in the height of the real estate market so I was pleased. They were very honest, not pushy, and they even helped me to find my mortgage company. I found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
Description of Work: Prudential was the real estate company who found my new 3000 square foot house and guided me through the process of finding a home of my liking. I really can't say what I was charged because what the make is all mixed in to my settlement costs at the end. It was probably five percent.
