About us

On the Level Construction is a Family Owned and Operated Organization. We offer general contracting services, essentially everything from the foundation to the peak of the roof and everything in between. We are fully licensed and Insured to protect our customers. We do utilize some subcontractors, as code requirements dictate, but personally supervise the job ourselves. We currently offer an electronic account, where you can "Log In" and check out photographs, and invoices related to each project. We guarantee our workmanship!!!

Project started June 2014, to date November 2016 not completed. Contractor did not complete the project and filed a mechanics Lien against my unfinished project, prohibiting me from completing my project with a new reliable contractor.

I was the first to hire them from Angie's List. They did not have any previous reviews, However they did provide references and I did see a house they built and and the home owner seamed please with their work. I felt comfortable I was making the right decision. It is now almost one year later and due to numerous delay and errors the project is not complete. I am trying to work with the builder to resolve the issues. To date I have not received a schedule for completion. After numerous conversations with the owner, I am hopeful they will resolve all outstanding issues and I will have a house completed and free of defects by June. I will update this review, hopefully soon with a favorable outcome.
Description of Work: Hired to build a new house. Construction started in June 2014. To date project not complete.
