Frank and his team were really great. They not only replaced my old oil tank, they suggested a way to move it so that i avoided the additional expense of concrete work and gained additional usable space in my basement. His pricing was also very reasonable - a full $1000 less than the other estimate i got (which didn't include moving the tank or the concrete work). They were really thoughtful and thorough about the work, and completed it within 3 days of us getting an estimate. I look forward to working with the Old Skool team for any future needs!

We hired Old Skool to remove and replace my fathers' heater and oil tank. I live in Georgia, and Dad in Delaware Count, so truthful communication was a necessity, yet rarely found n contractors. Frank and his crew are exceptional! From the first contact through to the end of the heating system install either Frank or one of his crew kept me informed of the progress via phone and photos, I knew the status of the job at all times. His crew arrived on time, ready to work.. and work they did! At the end of the work day you would not know they were there; they cleaned up so well after themselves. The metal and plumbing workmanship is something not normally seen these days- nor is the business and work ethics exhibited by Old Skool..With out hesitation I enthusiastically recommend Frank and his crew, and will call them first in the future. I needed repairs or replacement for a furnace at rental property. I submitted a request through Home Advisor, and within seconds I got a call from Frank. Frank visited the property the same day (10/16), and came back the next day to fixed the furnace. I spoke to the tenant, and she said she now has heat. Prior to contacting Old Skool I contacted a contractor who had done work on the furnace for the last several years. They advised me that the furnace could not be fixed and that they would not even consider repairing it. The only option the other company provided was replacement at almost a cost of $3,000. They also told me they probably would not be able to get parts for the furnace since it was so old. Old Skool found the part(s), fixed it, and cleaned it for less than $400. Thank you Old Skool for your prompt response and for saving me a couple of thousands of dollars. I plan to get Old Skool to check out the furnace in my other rental property.

I cannot thank Frank and his team enough for everything! I will most definitely only be calling/contacting Old Skool HVAC! He came out to my home late in the evening on a hot summer day with essentially no notice. All communication was perfect and everything happened exactly as he told me it would. He made excellent recommendations and I elected to listen to his professional and experienced advice. The service was completed on time and right away. It's been a few months now and I can say that our house has never been cooler, our utility bill is lower than it's ever been and I've lived at this home for years. Thank you sir. Old Skool has done several jobs for us and I would definitely use them for more jobs and would highly recommend them. They are extremely honest and I trusted their judgment with regard to the work. These guys were a great find!

my house work includes heating boiler, water heater installation, electrical panel upgrade and installation, they did excellent work with reasonable price, very friendly crew members, patiently explained the things I want to know, even though my broken English as a naturalized citizen.

We hired this company to install an A/C unit into our existing oil heater. It worked great all summer, but when winter came our heat didn't work. Frank came back out and insisted several parts were broken, and we needed a new thermostat. After calling customer service for the thermostat, it turns out they had just wired/programmed it wrong. Also when he came to replace parts on unit, I had documented what was there before. So after he left I noticed wires had moved location and that he only replaced half of the A/C ready kit that he charged us for. When I contact him to talk to him about it, he became irate and cursed at me over the phone to never call him about my heater again. This summer our A/C didn't come on, so we had him back out again. He told us several relay's and the fan motor control were burnt out and needed to be replaced and he would get us numbers on them. He then disappeared for a month and refused to answer my wife's calls or texts. We decided to have another company come out and check his work. In two hours the new technician diagnosed and fixed the problem. It was all bad wiring done by Frank and his company, He told me there were lose connection, missing wires and wires that were plain just not connected to anything or the wrong thing. I would not suggest even having Frank or his company look at your unit for fear of what he may be doing.

Not only did I get immediate service I feel they were very profession, knowledgeable, affordable and efficient. I will continue to be a customer and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. .

Excellent, Had a new central air installed, Frank was very concern with the fact that my in laws were in their 90's. He quickly put them on the schedule for install on Thursday/Friday. Five guys came at 10am and worked all day to get the air installed before the heat wave was to start. Very professional and knowledgeable. We are very grateful for his quick service to get the new ac installed.
