Frank was very helpful and gave me useful advice in preventing future problems.

Frank Forward was knowledgeable and informative, answering all of my questions concerning oil to gas heat conversion. He also thoroughly answered questions about the efficiency and dependability of gas boilers. He and his crew removed the old oil system, installed a new gas boiler, provided lines for converting appliances from electric to gas and all at more than a reasonable price. He communicated frequently and effectively with me. He and his crew were professional and accommodating in regards to other contractors involved in this home improvement project. The project was also completed in a timely manner and I would definitely recommend Old Skool to other homeowners.

Franks company were here in less than an hour!! They ran the test for the entire system and were very informative of my problems. Offering suggestions at below my budget. I will use this company now and in the future. AND recommending them to all my friends. Friendly and take the time to talk about suggestions. Love them!!! I am on a budget each month and they were willing to work with me per my budget. You will not regret this company!!

Frank is incredibly responsive (called me within 10 minutes of sending my inquiry through) and was very reasonable in terms of cost. He goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with the finished product. His guys did a good job and I would absolutely recommend him.

Got a phone call from Old Skool moments after I submitted my general request for service. [I wasn't given the name of any other contractors from Home Advisor.) However, a couple days later when I decided to use Old Skool, I had some difficulty contacting them. When they showed up, they did good work. However, I still haven't received what I was told would be a follow-up communique on the cost of some electrical work I'll need to make the install fully operational.

We had Old Skool install our gas stove top and hook up our new faucet and sink as well. Dave and Shane arrived on time, and though it was approaching dinnertime, they stayed until all of the work was completed and they double checked everything before leaving. I had spoken to Frank on the phone and he explained up front exactly what would be involved so there were no surprises. The price was reasonable to say the least. It was refreshing to find a company who values customer satisfaction as much as Old Skool does. I will definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Dale and Dave came and replaced my dishwasher. Work was very meticulous and clean making sure that the dishwasher was centered and leveled since it was a bit of a challenge with tile kitchen floor a bit higher than the floor under the dishwasher. But they got it done with no problems! Hauled old dishwasher away and even the box the new one came in! Very satisfied!!!

Honest, dependable service. Frank came out for an emergency on a Saturday and had a new hot water heater installed for me at 9 pm. They did an outstanding job!

Very professional work ethnic, work quality and attitude. Old Skool Hvac returned my call the same day I contact them, out to access the job the next day and completed the job in 2 days. Very helpful on other minor tasks. Made me feel more than like a customer, showed real concern. I plan on using him on my next project. Hats off to Frank and his crew.
