I chose Old Skool HVAC LLC because of the excellent reviews and fabulous customer service. Frank the owner came out to assess for installation of a chimney liner (crumbling terra cotta) and he noticed the condition of our oil burner (which we were planning to replace due to significant rusting as soon as we could). He pointed out he was more concerned with the oil tank, as well as, noticed that a previous plumber had incorrectly hooked up our water heater, which could create a very dangerous problem for us. He was so helpful, informative, and yes, caring. It is hard to find a company so honest these days who truly care about what they do. I appreciate it and feel it deserves to be mentioned. Given Frank’s assessment, recommendations, an excellent price to repair all 3 issues - we could just not pass it up. His crew were amazing! They arrived early, stayed late, were very meticulous in their work and maintained a clean area. I am so appreciative of Frank and the men - I will look no further for all my HVAC needs! You shouldn't either - give them a call - you will not be disappointed! Highly Recommend A++

Frank has been great. He came over to give us a quote on a fuel tank, and we wound up working with him on several other projects (including an air conditioning install). His guys did a great job, and Frank was a terrific communicator throughout. There were delays, but everything was well communicated and the important things were taken care of immediately. 10/10 would recommend!

The whole experience of purchasing and installing a new AC system by this company was very revealing. It reminded me of the days ('50s) when the servicemen you hired to do a job, did it competently, courteously and were knowledgeable and dedicated in doing the job right. I seriously doubt you will find a more qualified HVAC company in terms of price, quality of work, and efficiency. I promise you, they will guarantee their work. But, don't worry, you won't need a guarantee. they're that good!!!

I was in a jam and needed an appliance installed right away. Frank, the owner, called me back quickly and sent someone to install my appliance on a weekend! This was after his men were working very late the night before. I felt bad asking them to work on a weekend but they made me feel ok about it and were super helpful! The technicians were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! The rate was very fair. I would highly recommend Old Skool HVAC.

The response to the need a family' that had to replace an oil tank was awesome. This company really cares! The price was very competitive as well. The work was excellant. They also did a maintenance check on my heating system and did a thorough job.

I was at a loss to know who to call when my hot water heater stopped working. After checking Home Advisor, I called Old Skool to fix the heater....I am so glad I did! They are definitely worth a five star rating. I will call them in the future if I have any problems.

I'd had my regular plumber come out, but they couldn't figure out how to convert the new range from natural gas to LP. The guy from Old Skool was friendly and knew what he was doing. A better price than I expected.

I had venting for a range hood put in. They were easy to work with. When the range hood I ordered did not arrive in time for our initial appointment, re-scheduling the appointment was easy. They did a good, clean job. The final charge was less than the original estimate.

Frank phoned as soon as I inquired about needing HVAC repair and was at my house that evening on his way home without charging me for emergency service! He ordered parts and was back the next morning to fix issue, while at my house noticed exhausted pipe not up to code and is fixing that for me too! Will keep his magnet on frig for all future HVAC needs.

Frank and his crew are great. Their workmanship takes you back to how it use to be with customer service. You can tell that Frank and the crew care about what they do for the customers.
