Very expensive, but I had no choice. Initial quoted charge was "standard" at $35 per opening. I had 4 openings. Final charge was $130 after I told them that my Dad was 82 years old and we were on fixed income, so we got a $10 break on whole page. How kind. Worker did put significant time and effort into making repair and all screens look good except for back door which has a slight loose fit, but is being held in place.

They arrived when they said they would. A crew of four people completed the work as per the estimate. The work was completed in a workman like manner and they cleaned up before they left. We will have McShane Construction do some additional projects at our home, in the near future.

Steve was wonderful to work with. He quickly understood what we wanted to do and provided excellent suggestions to create a sunroom beyond our expectations. Steve McShane and his crew are top notch! I highly recommend them. They completely removed and replaced our enclosed front porch, including new storm windows with aluminum frames.
