I called them a minimum of once a week for two months. Never ever returned a phone call. They plowed my neighbors driveway. I called one more time and they finally called back. They came out. First time, they did a poor job. They left big ridges in the driveway. When he came today, I asked nicely to have him push the snow up so it doesn't leave ridges in the driveway. The driver got angry and asked 'if I wanted to drive the truck for him?' and left before finishing the job. I have a short walkway. They don't do the walkway.

Matt is a great guy, and his employees do awesome work

We're in the middle of trying to negotiate with them. It was very good. We like that they did line item by line item. I thought it was very professional. The estimated amount is changing all the time as we are discussing things with them. The estimate is fair. Right now, we're trying to get a hold of them to come out again and it's been a little difficult to do that.

Did my 2 acres of leaf removal during a rain storm with approximately half the leaves still on trees, enough said, could have been amicably resolved, but McCusker, sent, what I would consider to be arrogant email responses and kept adding charges. Sadly the manager I dealt with, was a true professional that had no visible clout. It was finally resolved through legal channels. Frankly, I wish him success in the future.

The service has always been great. They are prompt, and they were very professional. I also appreciated how conscientious they were around my family. I would recommend them.
