Description of Work: The company came, gave a price for cleaning/polishing of a large terazzo floor, which I accepted. When they returned to do the job, they started but said that the prica was more than double what was agreed upon - I told them to leave at that time... VERY unprofessional.

+ 0 moreI got an offer for the work after an inspection in my home. I signed a contract. Two days before the date of work I got a call from someone who asked if I could wait for the job to be done later, because of illness. Since I had other contractors coming the next week I declined. On the day agreed upon they came and worked for a couple of hours - cleaned a square in the middle of the room, then asked for more than the double amount in the contract. The said that their offer was badly priced and that the were not able to continue unless I paid more than twice the amount agreed upon. After some discussion they left with no real work done... I tried to get in touch with management but to no avail.
Description of Work: Planned on getting a terrazzo floor polished/grinded.
