Description of Work: Working with Inspect-It-First has been great. I have used their services twice (May 29 and June 3) and the plan is to use them quite often. I flip houses so inspections are extremely important. Both times I used Inspect It First, Tom Kucera came to the property. Not only was he early but he started working well before I got there. Tom was efficient, thorough and very personable. I received the inspection report the same day! | |Aside from the inspection, the customer representatives are great over the phone. I highly recommend this company. In fact, I have already been recommending them to people I know.
