Description of Work: David (the owner) was amazing from first call to the completion of the service. He took the time to ask me questions over he phone, and answered all of my questions or concerns. He was able to come out that same day (such a godsend) and for us in. When he got here he introduced himself and talked to us about what we are experiencing. Then he took a look. He did give us some bad news but took us through all of our options. He helped us pick the best option and what to do for the future. He took his time to complete the service (which we appreciated!!) and was very respectful. David was so sweet and really helpful and taught us a lot. Since we have to have the faucet replaced, we will definitely be having him do that job when we are ready to remodel. We appreciated his ability to fix our problem to buy us some time. We will definitely be referring him to people in the future as well as using him ourselves. (Oh, btw, before purchasing the coupon on Angie's List I asked David about it on the phone. I asked him his thoughts about it and he said he felt our service might be cheaper and to wait. He said if it worked for the coupon then he would just honor it. I really appreciated this since it did end up costing less!) I highly recommend David to everyone!!
