+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY RUDE, ARROGANT, AND UN-APOLOGETIC. I TRIED VERY HARD TO BE UNDERSTANDING BUT THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS SUCH A PAIN. I FEEL LIKE THEY'VE BEEN VERY SARCASTIC AND THEY WON'T NEGOTIATE WITH ME. ONE PERSON TOLD ME ONE THING AND ANOTHER PERSON TOLD ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT. NOW I AM IN A BAD POSITION BECAUSE THEY WON'T HELP ME. NOT PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS A VERY TAXING EXPERIENCE FOR ME. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
Description of Work: I called a couple weeks ago and told them I was looking for help right away. The person I talked to was really pushing for a different date. I couldn't have the work done that date because I was having other work done at my home. I requested another day and they said they would get back to me. I didn't hear back from them. I wrote back to them and asked whether or not they could help me. Afterwards they got in touch with me and I told them again I needed help. They told me they could come out for a higher price than originally quoted. I let her know what I needed accomplished. I didn't hear anything back, so I called and they said they didn't receive my email. They finally called back letting me know what they were willing to do from my list.

+ -1 moreIT TOOK 3 HOUSE CLEANERS BEFORE I FINALLY FOUND THE RIGHT FIT, I TRIED SINGLE OPERATORS AS WELL AS COMPANIES. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT WAS THAT MY HOUSE WAS ALWAYS UNDERBID AND THEN UNDER-CLEANED. HWMW SPENT TIME WITH ME AND MY HOUSE TO GIVE A CORRECT BID AND CLEAN MY ENTIRE HOUSE FOR LESS THAN WHAT ALL THREE OTHERS I'D TRIED CHARGED ME FOR HALF. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THEY DO DETAIL-ORIENTED WORK. NOTHING IS LEFT UNDONE OR PARTIALLY DONE, AND THEY EVEN GO THE EXTRA MILE WITH DETAILS I HAD NOT EXPECTED. THEY ARE HONEST, TRUST-WORTHY AND HARD-WORKING AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR SERVICE.
