Description of Work: He's done crown molding, put in electrical fixtures, carpentry on doors, painting, and he totally remodeled the fourth floor of our house,he put in the walls, the electrical, and the heating in the walls, and he painted it, put in the insulation, he installed the air conditioner, he completely transformed an unfinished attic space, garage door repair, and any carpentry at all that we needed in the house, he also installed new windows throughout the house. He's very professional and very trustworthy. I could leave him in my house and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. He cleans up after his jobs. He's also very reasonable with his pricing. He will do the job perfectly because he's an absolute perfectionist.

Description of Work: He can do just about anything, and he does it perfectly! He diagnoses the problem, and he repairs it! He cleans up after the job is finished, and he's just excellent. His prices are very reasonable too! He's very professional.

 + 1 moreEd gave us the best price for our re-construction, and kept to it. He ran the flooring and general construction projects by himself, with some occasional, as-needed input from us. For kitchen-remodeling, we gave him a design, and he built the kitchen to it. It took a few months to complete all the items, but, once done, they are done excellent - and our first floor and kitchen look beautiful now! (We have received many compliments from our friends and neighbors.) We will absolutely recommend Mr. Ed Boate for his professionalism, skills, and integrity, and will definitely hire him again (if we can find him) if needed.
Description of Work: Ed Boate re-did the kitchen and the flooring of the first floor, and re-constructed the whole basement.

Description of Work: I used Ed Boate Carpenty, he laid out the plans and did everything. He built our addition to our home. He did electrical work, masonry work and also built a ramp in our house for us.
