Description of Work: Employees were very friendly and punctual. At first they sent a sales person out to quote me on a completely new unit however the salesman was upfront that our existing unit just needed a good cleaning. The tech was nice and reported that even after it was serviced it wouldn't work as effective as we wished.

Description of Work: Very prompt in responding to a service call. They came in as promised and fixed something that was under warranty - for free with no upsell. they surely didn't make any money on this call, but Jason had a great attitude and was very professional.

Description of Work: Capacitor burned out during a really hot day. They sent someone out in 36 hours and the guy was very professional and courteous. Not much up-sell involved but I did purchase a club membership since it seemed like a good value. Wont be the most economical (or may be even the absolute best value for money) but will do a good job and have transparent pricing. I will use them again.

+ -1 moreThe team arrived on time and kept us updated on their progress throughout two days. They always wire shoe covers when they come up from the basement. The basement was spotless when they completed the job and all debris was removed from our property.
Description of Work: I used COOL IT HVAC to remove and replaced gas fired boiler, hot water heater and installed new fire liner and thermostat.

+ -1 moreWe contacted Cool It, Inc. for an estimate to install a central a/c system into our 1939 home. Ron was on time for the appointment and spent a good three hours at our house to determine our exact needs. He made sure every question was answered and even went so far as to discuss several ways to hide the ductwork on our second floor. We ended up waiting on the whole house system, but installed a mini-split unit in an enclosed sunroom addition. Installation day went seamlessly. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous, even as he worked outside during one of the hottest days of the summer. He checked in with me at every step to make sure I was comfortable with how things were progressing. He also took care to protect our carpet with adhesive plastic and left the room cleaner than when he got there! Ron stopped by several times to make sure the installation was going well, and they even covered the power and coolant lines with a faux downspout so it wasn't so obvious on the exterior of the house. Since then we've consulted them on several projects and each time they've been fantastic. Their follow-up and customer service is outstanding. They’re genuinely good people who truly care about their customers. We feel lucky to have found them and completely trust them with all our ac/heating needs.

He went through his presentation and gave me options based on my needs. Ultimately, he created a package for me. He never pressurized me in any way.
Description of Work: Cool It LLC came over to replace a 25 year old system and install a new gas furnace and a central air conditioning unit.
