Description of Work: We've used this company for pool services (opening, closing, repairs) and they resurfaced and retiled our pool a couple of years ago.

Description of Work: My recent review was submitted but received an "A" rating. It needs to be corrected. I had two pumps go down and need repair. I called their service folks to discuss details of service as I had never used them before. Naturally, I had questions, e.g. When could service be performed, how long it might take, would they remove and repair pumps or do on site, etc. there were not a lot of questions but the service person seemed in a hurry to get off the line and just wanted name, number and credit card number to " schedule". Since I did not get satisfactory answers, I kept asking for more definitization. She eventually said she had to get off and was very abrupt and discourteous. Sadly, not only will they not dot his service but the years of purchases of supplies will not be stopped and I will seek a new supplier. I understand this may be the busy season for closings but others have needs beyond that and now I have to find someone to fix my pumps before my pool turns green with algae.

+ -1 moreSlow in the begining but okay. The past year has been horrible.
Description of Work: Bought pool 2 years ago. Have had their weekly service from day one. First year it took them a month to get the green algae out of the pool. Now the knuckle heads dumped the grime and dirty water sitting on top of the pool into the pool. Have been waiting three days for them to come and clean their mess up.

+ -1 moreThey couldn t get my pool up and running and they gave me a whole bunch of excuses. They ended up tearing a hole in the liner. It was a double liner, and when I called about the problems that I was having, he accused me of doing the damage myself so that I could get the service for free. It was supposed to be up and running in May and it was not until the end June. They were nasty.
Description of Work: The came to open our 15 x 30 above ground pool. It involved cleaning and filling it, as well as adding chemicals and getting the filter working.

+ -1 moreAFTER MANY PHONE CALLS AND SEVERAL BROKEN PROMISES TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE POOL TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE, WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO PAY $200 DEPOSIT BEFORE THEY WOULD MEASURE THE POOL AND GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. ONCE WE GAVE THEM THE $200 DEPOSIT, WE HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL CALLS BEFORE WE RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE. THEN WE HAD TO GIVE THEM OVER $1000 BEFORE THEY WOULD AGREE TO DO THE JOB IN THE SPRING. SPRING CAME, WE STARTED TO CALL TO SEE WHEN THEY WOULD COME AND DO THE JOB. EACH PHONE CALL LEAD TO A STALL TACTIC WITH CONFLICTING INFORMATION ON EACH CALL. "WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL IT GETS HOT, DRAIN THE POOL, OH NO, DON'T DRAIN THE POOL IT HAS TO HAVE SOME WATER, CAN'T GIVE YOU AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY EMPTY." WHEN THEY DID FINALLY PUT US ON THE SCHEDULE THE JOB WAS DONE AND CLEANED UP IN A DAY AND LOOKS GREAT.
Description of Work: REPLACED OUR IN-GROUND POOL LINER.
