+ -1 moreVery well. I called around to find someone to replace an old wooden bilco door. A lot of places didn't do them. Alan replied in a few days and said he could do it. The door needed to be special ordered, so it took a few weeks to arrive, but he kept me posted regarding the progress. The installation took less time than expected and they did a really good job.

+ 0 moreThere was a mix up with the door (at the factory) and although it wasn't Alan's fault he truly felt bad that it was changing our time line of getting the work done. When he was out to install it, he was very thorough. After he was done he was so careful in the cleanup! Since we have a toddler, we really appreciate knowing that our little guy wasn't going to walk on something sharp! The door and replaced trim look great!!
Description of Work: As part of her home inspection, our buyer requested that we replace our atrium doors to the deck due to them having a cracked seal and some rot. Alan came out, measured the opening, ordered the door for us and then installed it.

+ -1 moreAlan was very prompt in returning calls and coming to give an estimate. He is friendly and very professional. He and his team showed up each day on time. When finished they left everything super clean. We are very pleased with how everything came out.
Description of Work: Painted entryway, vaulted stairway and 2nd floor hallway (lots of cut in!), plus 2 pairs of exterior doors. Also replaced rotted wood trim on front windows and then painted new trim.
