It is easy to make an appointment and I don't have to be here when they come. They come when they say they are going to and do a good job. I've been using them for a long time and they are prompt. The scheduling and billing are good. I've never met the guy. I can tell when they have been here. They don't have travel charges.

Selected Winding Hill based on Angies List ratings.. Was quoted a price over the phone and scheduled a cleaning. The company sent 2 workers who were prompt,polite and considerate. The light was difficult and the workers felt a different cloth would make it shine and to insure a good outcome. The window and light were very high and they performed the work carefully.The workers allowed me to give the work a thorough look and did any touch up for this picky customer. Price was good and workers did what they could to ensure satisfaction.

The windows were cleaned well and the workers were prompt and courteous. However, three storm windows were badly scratched by a scraping tool used by the workers. I didn't see this until the next morning when the sun was shining directly on them. I contacted Mr. Werner and had some difficulty convincing him that this was new damage done by his employee. (The windows date from the mid 1970's). After several calls, he picked up the windows, had the glass replaced and returned them in a week. I am satisfied with the company's response but want others to know that this happened. (Kudos to Angie's List, as the negotiations to get the glass replaced seemed to go better once I mentioned that I am a member).
