Mike J and his team that included Mike D., Chance K, Curt S., and Nate S. completed our project of 11 replacement windows in 8 hours. They were professional, courteous and respectful of our home. We are extremely pleased with the new look, and looking forward to a return on our investment !

Shawn and Dillon were the installers. Very professional, arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards. Explained all the new features and how to care for them. New shower is beautiful!! Would highly recommend West Shore Home.

Charles and Shae did a great job at our remodel. They were very professional and polite and personable with our family while they were here. The shower remodel looks great and work was outstanding. Would highly recommend these 2 for future installment projects.

Xavier and Tony Terez came to replace out bath tub with a walk in shower. Very polite workmen. They explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. We have to wait 24 hours to try it out and I can't wait.

Third project with West Shore and definitely the last. Failed to show on the day they scheduled; four windows measured wrong; called customer service, left two messages on the website, and called a salesperson, not one person returned my call. Not even an apology. It is beyond me how someone cannot measure windows when thats their only job. Customer service is awful to say the least. Makes me wonder about the difficulties I may have if I have a warranty issue. Windows ordered in January won t be completed until at least August at the earliest. That is pathetic! I wish I would have never hired them for this project. Be careful.

Grant and Cody P. Weâ re so professional. From start to finish they had a job to do they worked seamlessly. When the job was done the cleaned up and even vacuumed the whole carpet from front door to bathroom .

The installers, Harry A. and Peter P. were excellent. They worked diligently and were enjoyable to be around. Clean up was excellent. I would hire them again. The shower installation is beautiful and works well for my husbandâ  s needs.
