The installation went really well. Our installers, Travis Black and Alex Wilson were pleasant and professional. The job was completed in a day which was great since we were working on another project. Good job with the clean up. Very pleased with the install and our new shower.

Today, February 18, 2021, 3 guys came out to my home and replaced 11 windows in the span of 8 hours. On. 30 degree day they did a fantastic job. Jordan S. was the supervisor and Dave and Freddy the installers. These guys did excellent work and left the area clean and neat. They answered any questions that I had and I am completely satisfied with the end product. From the very beginning of the process with my salesman Yat to the final walkthrough and instruction from Jordan, I am completely satisfied.

The Cody T./Zach S. team did an exceptional job working quickly, quietly, and efficiently to complete these two jobs in the two days as scheduled. We are very pleased with the finished showers in both bathrooms! These two men are an asset to the West Shore Home company!

We've had the new shower for about two weeks now and are very happy with the upgrade! Jimmy and Cody were very professional - their work was thorough and precise; they even finished the trim to cover up where the old tub was notched in! And they were done with everything in under 8 hours! Then it was like they were never there - the work area was super clean. The lifetime warranty is the icing on the cake! You really can't go wrong with West Shore - a very friendly and skilled crew - they won't leave you disappointed!

The installers Charles and Freddie were top notch fabulous. Couldnâ t ask for better installers. But... it took 5 months for the door to â come inâ and although I was promised a tent and a big heat blower to keep us warm, I got nothing. So I had a huge hole in my wall for 4 hours in 20 degree weather. Mom is 88 and was freezing, and my heat ran non stop for hours and hours. I can only imagine my heating bill this month. Not good at all. Only book them in the summer! But Charles and Freddie were great!

Very professional from the sales meeting with Ayden to the installation of our tub/shower with Andrew and Darian. They explained everything clearly and answered our questions. The work was done in a day , was cleaned and restored. and the bathroom looks great.

Joshua and Scott did a great job with the install, total pro's. Salesman Dwayne W delivered as a promised. After seeing the final product we are completely satisfied.

The team was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions. They worked seamlessly all day and completed my whole house in one day!! Fantastic. They cleaned up as they went and when they left, there was nothing left for me to clean up after. Before leaving they made sure that any questions I had were answered. I knew all about my new wonderful windows and the many features they offered. I am extremely pleased! Now, on to the bathroom! :-)
