Our design representative, Evan, explained everything very well before we decided to use West Shore Home for the work. The installers, Josh P and Tristen H were completely prepared with the particular materials we had selected. They arrived right on time and completed the work as promised in one day. They were very pleasant and helpful, answered every question we had, and were careful to explain how best to maintain our new shower. They were considerate of our health and were careful to protect the rest of our home as they proceeded through the demolition and installation process. We are very pleased!

Shawn C & Preston T were very professional with a friendly attitude. They made sure I was happy with what they were doing.

Grant, Nate K and Cody were on time, explained what was to be done and got to work. They were neat and clean, did an outstanding job from start to finish. All considered my health, wore masks and approached me only when necessary. I am very satisfied with there work and very satisfied with the product that was installed. Before they left they ensured I knew how to clean and maintain the new shower.

Windows look very well and like the style...would have liked two screens, but only came with one which was not explained at the time...Overall, pleased with the job...

We replaced our tub/shower combination with a walk-in shower. Josh P. and Tristen H. did a great job! They explained what they were doing during each phase of the installation. We had a bathtub and shower installed today and it is amazing. The two technicians Josh P. and Tristen H. were awesome. They were very nice and professional ,we could tell they new what they were doing. They left everything so clean and i can not believe that it was done in one day. We are very pleased and satisfied with the work.

Corey K and Shane T were fantastic. They came early in the morning and installed and brand new shower that looks absolutey beautiful. Removed old jacuzzi tub. Left area clean and spotless. Nate J & Cody P were the installers on our project and they were very professional, conscientious and polite. Our cream carpeting was covered by tarps and the bathroom was so clean afterwards, youâ d never know a shower enclosure was removed and a new one installed in one day! Shawn Stevens was a super sales person, also! We love our new shower!! Thanks, guys!
