We are very happy so far. Today was our first shower day! We love the look of the new shower surround, with the etching, it looks like individual tiles. Dylan, Tyler, and Jordan were very efficient and very knowledegable, and very easy to talk to. (Friendly and professional) We had a small issue with a leak, and it was addressed immediately. Just waiting for repairs on some minor water damage. Thank You West Shore. P.S. We also have a West Shore slider and West Shore windows!

Jimmy S. & Jordan M. Arrived on time & got straight to work. They were friendly & explained exactly what they were about to do. They completed the job & it turned out absolutely amazing. We were so happy that we scheduled our 2nd bathroom to be remodeled.

Nate J. and Nate K. did the job professionally with very high quality workmanship. These gentlemen answered my questions directly and quickly. They also treated our puppy like a member of the family! I liked that. We are very happy with their work.

We challenged West Shore with removing a tub/shower from the 60's when the house was built and replacing with a new larger step in shower surround. No easy task. Our salesman Adam M. took the measurements and told us the scope of the project would likely take two days instead of the usual one day and he was right. When the crew arrived, we all knew they had their work cut out for them removing the tub, soffit, doors, tile etc. Justin H., Jimmy R. and Shane W. went right to work and had the demo finished in a day. We now have a beautiful shower surround and we could not be more pleased with the workmanship. Highly Recommend!

Jeff K. and Kaden S. both did a phenomenal job at the install for our custom sized door. It looks great! Everything is well secured with the new frame and door. They also took care to paint the caulk with matching paint and it looks great. There was no sloppy work done. Doors in my opinion are a little pricey but they said there will be a discount should we do anymore door installs the rest of the year. Overall I highly recommend them!

Do wonder jobs love have come do most work on my house

From the time Nate & Nate walked thru the door they were all business. They explained what they were going to do, went over my color choices and made sure everything was correct before they started. They ran into a plumbing issue which was not any fault of theirs, apparently the home builder did not do their job 30 years ago, but they fixed it and went on. My new shower is perfect and we are looking forward to getting our second bathroom done in the coming week.

The installers came within the time frame that was set up and were done in eight hours. They installed a beautiful shower . Sean C. and Trevor M. did a wonderful job and left the bathroom and adjoining bedroom spotless. This was an amazing experience. If I ever had to do this again I would want them to do it. Thank you guys for a fantastic job. They were the most professional team I have seen in a very long time.

Very pleased with overall shower project. Grant,Shane T. and Don were very professional throughout the entire process. It was raining very heavily outside but they put tarps down inside their walking area outside the bathroom so to minimize footprints through the house. All were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Recommended to neighbors and friends !! Way to go guys, you all deserve big raises !!!

This was a complete tear out of old tub and walls, and install new walk in shower with one piece acrylic walls. Brandon and Preston were the installers, arrived around 8:30 and were completely done by 2:00 pm. Great job and great clean up. They even vacuumed my carpeted stairs when they were done. Iâ m 71 years old and have had both hips replaced. Getting the old tub removed and replaced with a low step in shower was just what I needed.

We had three old entry doors and two storm doors removed and replaced with all new doors and hardware. We were very fortunate to be notified that the project could be completed a week earlier than originally scheduled. On the day of installation, six technicians with three box trucks, showed up at 8:15 AM, as promised. The foreman checked all the details of the job with me before any work began. We clarified two small items in the contract and the crews then began working. All of the technicians; Curt S, John M, Mike J, Mike D, Kaden S, and Jeff K, were professional, friendly, courteous and focused on completing the job. They prepared the work area with tarps and heavy duty cardboard as necessary to avoid any damage and worked diligently and quietly throughout the day. Any questions that came up during the install were quickly brought to my attention by Curt and taken care of on the spot. By 2:15 PM, Curt and I were performing a walk thru inspection of the day's work and verifying that everything had been done according to the contract and that all the keys and hardware worked as advertised. Curt then took the time to review the warranty and to ensure me that I could contact WSH with even the slightest concern. Although we thought the pricing was somewhat high, we were very pleased overall with the project. The new doors operate and seal nicely and besides looking great, they project a very real sense of value and quality. Thanks for a job well done. John W and Mike S did a Super job! Very skilled, professional, and courteous. Worked non-stop from the time they arrived till they finished up. I do not think they even took a lunch break. if they did, it was very short. The shower turned out Great! would definitely recommend West Shore to Friends and Family. One of my neighbors has already checked it out and has met with West Shore to install a shower in their home. West Shore is Great to deal with from start to finish, people I talked with on the phone, Leo who came out for an initial visit, and Mike and John.
