I had two bathrooms done - one tub unit and one shower unit. Five men arrived - Tyler M, Shane, Brandon, Preston and Carter - who could not have been nicer or worked harder. They worked all day until both bathrooms were completed and exceeded my expectations. I will not hesitate to recommend West Shore Home to anyone.

Fast and workers were courteous and competent. Final product looks great. They took the time before the install to review the work to be done. Following the install we inspected the shower and he reviewed the care and cleaning of the surfaces. Grant and Hunter arrived on time as stated and were great to work with throughout the install.

This is the second bath/shower installation for us. We absolutely love their work. Installers were great just like the first time. Customer service is great as well. We highly recommend using this company.

My experience could not have been better! Excellent work from start to finish. Nate J and Nate K are a very good team. They made sure I understood the work order, completed the job to my satisfaction and went beyond my expectations to protect the carpet and clean up after they were finished. They were courteous, answered all of my questions and left me feeling glad that I decided to make the transition from tub to shower.

The job was completed in about 7 hours! Installers were very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend this company to others!

How fabulous our experience was!! They would stop and answer any questions we had treating us respectfully not like we were bothering them. They would check with us for height of shelves they were just the nicest people. Our house was cleaned up they left no evidence that they had even been there except for our fabulous new showers Would hire them again in a heartbeat

Tyler, Shane, and Carter, were very friendly. They were fast with the removal of the tub and install of a walk in shower, they finished it in 8 1/2 hours. They cleaned after themselves and left it spotless. Thank you, Tyler, Shane, Carter. Great job.

Corey S. and Greg P, did a great job removing a jetted tub and installing a new shower unit. They worked from early morning until 7 pm to complete the job . Left area cleaner than it was when they started and left it finished more than I expected. Couldn't believe how hard they worked.

Shawn C. and Rob R. did a fantastic job replacing our old tub with a brand new tub, plumbing, and wall surround in one day! They were courteous and professional and very clean. Definitely recommend West Shore Home to anyone looking to replace a tub!

The installers did a fantastic job. Thanks to Mike J, Jade D, Scott R and Mike D for a professional job at installing our 5 replacement windows and sliding door. They were friendly and courteous while in our home.

We had 19 new windows installed. Shawn B., Chris S., Ben W., Matt W, Mike J., Mike D., and Pierson did the installation. All of them were extremely friendly and courteous. The whole process was completed in a day and a half, despite the fact we lost power almost all day on the first day of the project. The windows are absolutely beautiful and we received the best price around. We are very pleased with West Shore and their staff. We highly recommend them.

The guys that did the work were awesome. Worked hard, efficient, completed the job early and expertly. Great to have them do work in our home.

Our installers, Louie Rose and Jeff Farr, were the best; quick, easy, great looking install and all lived up to expectation. Was told if I gave them a 5 Star review they would get a 20 dollars bonus (West Shore needs to make that $50, just saying; they were both terrific).

the two gentlemen Kyle M. & Kyle B came in the morning explained the whole process of removing our tub and replacing it with a shower stall and fixtures, both men were very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. They proceeded to put down floor coverings and proceeded with their task at hand. They explained how long it was going to take and the process planned for the day... very professional and impressed with their work ethics and attention to details. My wife and I think they did a beautiful job, we will recommend this company to our family and friends. this job was done in Lewes Delaware .
