I am very please with West Shore Home. We LOVE our walk-in shower. We would and will recommend this company to our friends and family. The sales rep was very friendly and informative. Shawn and Carter installed our Shower. They were both very friendly and informative. Throughout the job they would inform us of what they were doing and what step they will be doing next to complete instillation, They answered all of our question. Every employee that I had contact or communication with was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They were prompt and friendly. Dan Lupfer did a great job explaining all of the options, and the installers Brandon F. and Preston T. were very professional and did a great installation and clean up. I will certainly recommend West Shore Home to others.

The 2 men who did the work(Shawn C and Rob ) were very courteous and had me place everything where I wanted things. They explained everything there was to know about the shower.
