Corey and Greg were efficient, pleasant and kept the work area very clean. No need to clean up after they left. They were on time to do a tub to shower conversion that was completed by mid-afternoon. They explained everything to pay attention to in keeping our new shower looking new.

West Shore Home thinks it is OK to charge a customer $10K to remodel their bathroom and leave it with broken tile. They broke our tile back in November 2021 when installing their walls and have yet to remedy the situation. They actually had a lot more problems than just the tile and had to come back to reinstall their product. What they advertise as a 1-day remodel has turned into a 5-month nightmare. Trust me, you can find a much better company to let into your home.

Corey and Greg were fantastic. They were on time and got right to work. They were very professional and checked to make sure of the work they were there to do. They were very professional and very pleasant from the start of the job to the very end. When they were finished, we looked at the job together to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. They did a fantastic job, everything was perfect and I was extremely happy. And they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

Jeremy and Torin were very polite and professional! They did a fantastic job on our tub to shower conversion and were especially careful and particular to keep our home and the work area clean and neat!

Professionally and pleasantly handled from beginning to end. Accommodated my schedule. Installation by Nate and Peter was excellent, personable, respectful, efficient, and non-disruptive. Left the bathroom neat and cleaner than it was when they started!

The two installers that came to our home, Shawn and Carter, were great! Did a high quality job in just about 6 hours and didnâ t leave a mess to clean up!

Very polite workers and barely noticed they were in the house. I would highly recommend using west shore home to anyone who wants a remodel.

jake s and tyler s showed up and started working right away, they took the time to answer our questions. they were quick and neat about their work. the bathtub and surround turned out beautiful. jake and tyler made sure that what they were working on at the time was exactly how we wanted it. greg firko was very helpful, we had to contact him right before the install, and he got back to us right away.

Brandon F. and Preston T. were both professional and personable. Arriving on time they thoroughly explained the process and what we could expect. The work was excellent and completed in one day. The bathroom and surrounding work area were thoroughly cleaned. We are extremely happy with the results and will definitely recommend West Shore Homes and use them in the future.

Brandon F. and Preston T. showed up early for my appt. time. They were very polite took the time to explain what to do and not to do in the shower to clean it. They cleaned up all of the mess from breaking out the old tiles off the wall, even ran their sweeper in the bathroom and the hallway to the living room. We are very happy with the finished job!!

Tim E and Shane T were so very professional and did an excellent job on our bath to shower replacement. They were just so great and did an excellent cleanup job, as well. Would definitely recommend Westshore bath to anyone in need of a bath.
